CFOx recently provided buy-side financial due diligence services for the first acquisition of a newly-formed driving school platform. After the acquisition, CFOx was engaged to set up the accounting function and provide recurring CFO services. The Northeast-based platform was established by an independent investor.
As part of the initial accounting set up, the CFOx team implemented a new accounting software system and developed a proper Chart of Accounts. The team also implemented additional processes and procedures, completed month-end close, and provided monthly financial reporting.
