At the beginning of 2024, CFOx was engaged by a local Colorado Private Equity firm to assist with one of their portfolio companies. The portfolio company, a Commercial Cleaning Provider, serves clients nationwide by providing customized cleaning solutions and services. After acquiring a second entity at the end of 2023, the Company needed a sound budget for 2024 in addition to a dynamic Financial Reporting Package.
Our CFO Services team stepped in to help by first creating a budget for both entities in which we estimated revenue and expenses for the 2024 calendar year based on historical data, known assumptions, and conversations with management. Using efficient modeling techniques, the budgets were conveniently set up to allow the entity’s CFO to adjust the models quickly and easily as assumptions changed over the course of a few weeks.
Like many businesses, regardless of industry and size, the Company needed a Financial Reporting Package that included the following:

A Financial Reporting Package is only useful if it can be prepared and presented with accuracy and in a timely manner, therefore giving management the ability to make informed business decisions. CFOx created a dynamic, accurate package that could be easily and quickly updated.
