Given the accounting complexities and presence of outside investors, the company’s founders knew they needed a strong financial and accounting partner. CFOx was hired to do the company’s books, develop accounting processes and procedures, and oversee the accounting aspects of the company’s launch. Initially the focus of the CFOx team’s work was to develop processes to properly account for the drone construction and contract revenue recognition.
CFOx continues to serve as the company’s Fractional CFO and will continue to create scalable accounting infrastructure for the company.
